At Kids Printables, we only sell digital products such as eBooks, printable pdf's and other digital products, which means:

  • No Physical Shipping: All products are delivered electronically.

  • Instant Delivery: Upon successful payment, you will receive your eBook download link via email.

  • Delivery Issues: If you do not receive your download link, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at hello@kidsprintables.co.za for assistance.

Return & Exchange Policy

We value your satisfaction and aim to provide high-quality digital products. Due to the nature of our products, please note the following:

  • Refunds: Refunds are not offered for digital products unless there is a technical issue that prevents access to the eBook or our other digital products.

  • Refund Request Period: If a technical issue arises, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for resolution.

  • How to Request Support: Email us at hello@kidsprintables.co.za with your order details, and our team will assist you promptly.

  • Refund Approval: Refunds will only be processed at the discretion of Kids Printables after investigating the issue.

All payments are securely processed through Yoco or PayFast, trusted South African payment gateways. In certain instances, your payment might be securely processed through PayPal, a well known international payment gateway.
