At Kids Printables, we only sell digital products such as eBooks, printable pdf's and other digital products, which means:

No Physical Shipping: All products are delivered electronically.
Instant Delivery: Upon successful payment, you will receive your eBook download link via email.
Delivery Issues: If you do not receive your download link, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at hello@kidsprintables.co.za for assistance.

Return & Exchange Policy

We value your satisfaction and aim to provide high-quality digital products. Due to the nature of our products, please note the following:

Refunds: Refunds are not offered for digital products unless there is a technical issue that prevents access to the eBook or our other digital products.
Refund Request Period: If a technical issue arises, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for resolution.
How to Request Support: Email us at hello@kidsprintables.co.za with your order details, and our team will assist you promptly.
Refund Approval: Refunds will only be processed at the discretion of Kids Printables after investigating the issue.
